An Ideal Working Platform - MARCO Lift Table Used in Engine Assembly Workshops
The production efficiency and safety in engine assembly workshops have been a focus attracting extensive discussion all the time in this field, and how to make reasonable plans for the arrangement and layout of production lines and workstations is a bottleneck that need to be tackled urgently.
This time, MARCO needed to provide services to an engine manufacturer. This company has a wide range of production lines and a variety of products, and therefore has implemented complicated workstations in the factory, which requires its production lines must be compatible with as many products as possible in order to maximize the efficiency of switching product models.
To do this, it is a key point in the design of the production lines to meet the lifting requirements for different products with different heights.
The single-scissor lift table designed by MARCO has a load capacity of 2 tons, a platform of 2 m x 1 m and a stroke of 1.25 m, which is able to meet the needs of lifting operation for the workstations used to assemble most of the customer's products.
In addition, this lift table is customized with a rigid base frame and supporting legs, and can be flexibly moved to other workstations as required at any time.
