MARCO Spring Pallet Positioner applied in Auto Parts Factory

MARCO Spring Pallet Positioner is a platform structure designed to facilitate manual loading and unloading of goods. It automatically keeps the goods at an ideal height by using the compression characteristics of the spring. Meanwhile, when the goods on the pallet are removed one by one, the spring pallet positioner can automatically raise the height with the decrease of gravity, so that workers can always carry the goods at an optimal height.

This time, MARCO spring pallet positioner is used in auto parts factory. In the metal parts processing workshop of the factory, batches of metal parts are transported by forklift trucks to a spring-loaded table next to the operation console, where the spring receives compression and is lowered in height, so that the top layer of parts is at the optimum pick-up height. As the parts are taken away one by one, the spring bounces up step by step and the height rises. The top layer of metal parts is always in the right position. Once the parts on one side have been removed, just push the turn table top, and the other side will be transferred to the workers, without the need for the worker to step off the workstation.

Compared with conventional hydraulic lifting platforms, the spring pallet positioner does not require any power drive. It is easy to install and has no special requirements for the use site. With fully automatic mechanical spring structure, it is maintenance-free, safer, more stable and more reliable. With a turn table top of about 360 degrees, it provides a comfortable working height for workers and greatly improves their working efficiency.
